Each hour beyond the one hour grace period will incur a $20 fee. You do have the option of reserving a half day (if available) for half the price of the night you are requesting.

You will receive access instructions via email and text message (if you provided your phone number) 3 hours before your check in time, including the code and other relevant information.

Wi-Fi, towels, linens, blankets, pillows, paper towels, sponge, coffee, body soap, shampoo and toilet paper are included in your stay. 

Most of our properties have a Keurig machine. Some of our properties have a Keurig machine and a drip coffee machine.

We prioritize your privacy and comfort during your stay. By booking with us, you will have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring a personal and intimate experience. No shared spaces will be available for other guests during your stay.

We ask our guests to respect neighbors and maintain quietness, especially during nighttime, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

You will be eligible for a full refund if done at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made less than 5 days before your scheduled check in, a 50% refund of the total booking cost will be provided plus a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s rate.

Self-check-in is available 24 hours per day after 4 PM of your check in day.

You are welcome to drop off your luggage before check in time between the hours of 12 pm to 3 pm if available.

Basic toiletries are provided for your convenience (shampoo, soap and toilet paper)

A hairdryer is available for your use during your stay.

Inform us immediately if there is any issue during your stay, and we will do our best to resolve it. Your satisfaction is important to us.

To ensure a comfortable stay, kindly request a cot or an air mattress. This will allow us to prepare the necessary arrangements in advance. The cot/air mattress is complimentary, however, there may be an additional cost for an added person to the reservation in the amount of $25 per night. Please ask.

Should you require a Pack N Play or a high chair during your stay, please inform us beforehand. We will be happy to provide these complimentary amenities, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable experience for families with young children.
